Withdraw your data

If you have taken part in a study and would like to withdraw your responses, please email the research team and include your withdrawal token.

What we will do

1. Search for the records matching your token.
2. Delete them from our store.
3. Send you a confirmation by email.

You do not need to give a reason. There will be no consequences for withdrawing. We will action withdrawal requests within ten working days of receipt.

What if I have lost my token?

Without the token we cannot locate your specific records, because no other identifier links them to you. If this applies to you, please email us anyway and we will explain what we can and cannot do.
